Clive Lang

Mr. Lang is the founding director and lead consultant of Astongate Consultancy Limited, a UK based company created to take over and expand the activities of Astongate Sŕrl.  This latter company was formed by Mr. Lang in Switzerland in 2011 to provide consultancy services on issues related to investment and enterprise risk management, multijurisdictional insolvency of hedge funds, the formation of investment management funds, management companies including the set up and management of Shariah compliant investment schemes.

Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Lang was the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance at Peak Partners SA, Geneva.  Before that he held various senior investment roles including Principal/Consultant at Amiri Capital Services Limited, MD at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, MD & CIO at PanAgora Asset Management, senior investment manager at both Robert Fleming Investment Management and at County NatWest Investment Management.

Mr Lang’s career spans over 30 years of hands-on experience in the financial markets and in the last few years has been teaching at university postgraduate level in UK universities.
 At the University of Kent he has taught and examined the core financial risk management module of a full masters program in Finance, Investment and Risk as well as foundation courses in pure mathematics and statistics.  Mr Lang also teaches financial risk management to postgraduate students at the University of Leicester.  Mr. Lang holds a BSc degree in Pure Mathematics, Statistics and Physics from London University and an MSc in Statistics from the University of Kent.

Olivier Lacoste

Olivier Lacoste founded Enneas in 2013 to provide M&A and Cross-Border Business Architecture services to family offices, PE, VC. He specialised in scouting, screening, and leading acquisition of companies in various start-up, turnaround, high growth, cost constrained situations.

 

Prior to Enneas, Olivier gained 20 years of significant M&A experience through wide ranging international exposure as CFO for multinationals in Europe, ECE, CIS, EMEA and Asia Pacific for the pharmaceutical, chemical, oil, FMCG, retail and advertising industries.

Olivier is also a delegate expert on BEPS and Transfert Pricing, at the OECD, since 2002, He is global tax architect with the ability to look at complex tax issues across multiple tax jurisdictions and simultaneously craft the optimum solution to minimize risk and expenses on cross-border transactions.

 

He holds a MBA degree from the Sorbonne University of Paris.

Ms. Lee is the CEO and Proprietor of Swiss Bonded Assets & Trust, Lee (SBAT) in Geneva, Switzerland, a company with focus on, but not limited to, clients from Asia Pacific investing in Switzerland and vice versa, promoting international partnerships and enhancing positive synergies for a sustainable future.

Prior to establishing her own company, Ms Lee held various positions at the World Health Organization, Novartis Healthcare, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Mercury Asset Management Investment Trusts, including Corporate Finance and Private Banking at Den norske Bank’s London Branch, More Group plc, and at American, UK and Norwegian law firms.  Several years of hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Management Buy-Out, ship closings, as well as liaison with the London Stock Exchange, have broadened her professional horizon in the corporate world.

Ms. Lee holds a BSc degree in Secretarial Administration, Major in Office Management, from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, and pursued further studies in Business Law, Statistics, Accounting, Finance and Economics at the Westminster University, London, United Kingdom
, as part of the Chartered Secretarial and Administration Course.  In Geneva, Switzerland, she completed  training courses on Financial Modeling and Valuation from New York’s Investment Banking Institute, at the World Trade Center; Fundamentals of Risk Management, at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research; and Independent Asset Management and Anti-Money Laundering – Duty of Due Diligence by the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (VSV-ASG-SAAM).
